Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Meetly’s scheduling application and website at www.getmeetly.co(the “Service”), provided by Meetly (“Meetly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
• Send spam or use connected calendars or email to harass or deceive others.

4. Connected accounts

The Service integrates with third-party calendar providers such as Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. By connecting an account, you authorize Meetly to access and manage calendar data as needed to provide scheduling features. You can disconnect a provider at any time.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the information and content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and your booking participants.

6. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Service availability and changes

The Service is currently offered in beta and is provided free of charge during this period. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that scheduling will be free of conflicts or errors.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meetly and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
