Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Meetly (“Meetly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our scheduling application and website at www.getmeetly.co(collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored only as a salted hash) when you sign up.
  • Scheduling details — meeting types, availability hours, booking-page settings, and any notes or questions you configure.
  • Booking information — names, email addresses, and responses submitted by people who book time with you.

Information from connected calendars

When you connect a calendar account (such as Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook), we access calendar data through that provider’s API to make scheduling work. This may include free/busy information, event times, and the ability to create, update, and cancel events you book through Meetly. We request only the scopes needed to provide the Service.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data — log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
  • Cookies — used to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences.

How we use your information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the scheduling Service.
  • Read your availability and write confirmed meetings back to your calendar.
  • Send booking confirmations, reminders, and reschedule or cancellation notices.
  • Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
  • Diagnose technical issues and improve the Service.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

Google API Services and Limited Use

Meetly’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We use Google user data only to provide and improve the scheduling features you request.
  • We do not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties for advertising, market research, or any unrelated purpose.
  • We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
  • We do not allow humans to read your Google data unless we have your explicit consent for specific data, it is necessary for security or to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • With booking participants — the host and invitee see the booking details necessary to schedule and attend the meeting.
  • With service providers — vendors who host our infrastructure, send email, and process errors, bound by confidentiality obligations and acting on our behalf.
  • For legal reasons — when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Meetly and its users.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can disconnect a calendar or delete your account at any time; when you do, we delete or de-identify the associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

  • Access and update your account information from your dashboard settings.
  • Disconnect calendarsat any time from the Calendars page, which revokes Meetly’s access to that provider.
  • Revoke Google access directly via your Google Account permissions page.
  • Delete your account and request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
